    Experience the Laker Effect!

    Laker Open House events are in-person, campus-wide events offered in the Fall and Spring, designed for prospective students and their families. These events provide you with the opportunity to experience Grand Valley's academic programs and campus communities, and navigate your next steps.

    You can choose from activities like campus and housing tours, presentations about academics, and talk to faculty and staff about GVSU programs and services. Some campus departments will offer specialized tours of their facilities in the afternoon. Visit the Laker Open House webpage for details.

    Advanced registration is required, additional details will be provided in an event confirmation email upon registration. 
     

    FALL 2024 GIVEAWAYS!

    When you register to attend the October 25, 2024 Laker Open House event, you'll be automatically entered into a drawing to receive 2 tickets to the GVSU Lakers vs. Ferris State football game! 🏉 

    For prospective Fall 2025 students: when you attend any of the 3 Laker Open House events, you'll be entered to win one of three $1,000 non-renewable scholarships to attend GVSU for Fall 2025. Three winners will be randomly selected and announced during each Laker Open House event. 💰
